Services for Short/ Long Term Lets (minimum of 3 month tenancy agreement)


Baileys offer a range of services for our long term lets and a full management service for our holiday lets.

The Let Only Service is offered for landlords who do not want to be involved with the marketing, administration or referencing when securing a tenant but are happy to manage their property once the tenant has moved in.

This service includes:

  • Comprehensive marketing, advertising and property viewings
  • Professional referencing on tenants
  • Check that all necessary documents and certificates are in place before move in
  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement and obtaining tenants signatures and initial payments
  • Registration of the tenant's deposit (additional charge applies)
  • Independent detailed photographic inventory
  • Move the tenants into the property
  • Register the tenants with the Utility providers and Council Tax
  • Forward to you all paperwork and a statement of account

The Rent Collection Service offers with the addition of rent collection, we will find, reference and move in the tenants. We will then register the tenants deposit and arrange for the tenants to pay the rent directly to us ready for forwarding onto our landlords.

This service includes:

  • Comprehensive marketing, advertising and property viewings

  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement and obtaining tenants signatures and initial payments

The Full Management Service provides landlords with a complete property management service which has been designed to take the hassle and stress out of renting and managing your property.

This service includes:

  • Comprehensive marketing, advertising and property viewings
  • Professional referencing on tenants

  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement and obtaining tenants signatures and initial payments
  • Registration of the tenant's deposit with The Deposit Protection scheme

Service for Holiday Lets


We offer a Full Management Service for all holiday let properties that is designed to book holiday guests into your property at a competitive rate and manage the property.

The service includes:

  • Comprehensive marketing and advertising of your property via our website and access to booking.com
  • Collection of payment and then paid directly into your chosen bank account monthly, along with a statement of account
  • Arranging necessary repairs and maintenance works to your property
  • Arranging cleaning and laundry change overs between every booking
  • Arranging safety certificates annually
  • Emergency on call service for your guests
